01Where will you go?
Anywhere the project is. I've opened offices across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and Latin America, and worked with teams in Asia and North America.
02Is it just you?
No. You get me leading it, and my back-office team in Tangier on admin, finance and content. I lead, they execute.
03Do I need to be a member?
Yes. Project work is for members of the Republic. Apply to join, or send the project form and I'll take you through both.
04Why 12 weeks minimum?
Because that's how long it takes to set something up properly and see it run. Anything shorter is advice, and that's not what I sell.
05What if you need me on site?
Projects start at £1,500 a week. If the job needs me to fly out and be there in person, the weekly rate doubles. Same team, same reporting, me in the room.
06What languages do you work in?
English, French, Spanish, Arabic and Moroccan Darija.
07What kind of projects?
Opening an office or a company abroad, launching a new business, building a team, standing in for an owner who can't be there. If it needs a person on the ground who gets things done, ask.
