Admission by application

A place at
the table.

The Republic is for people who think carefully about businesses and capital. Tell us who you are and what brings you here.

What happens next

We read each introduction. If the community looks like a good fit, we will contact you with the next step and the details of joining.

You are applying to a community, not to an investment. There is no commitment to invest.

Our founding principles

An introduction

All fields required
unless marked optional
A few sentences about your interests and experience. 20–850 characters.

An application starts a conversation. It does not commit you to an investment. We do not add you to a marketing list.

A few practical questions

Before you
step inside.

01How do I join?

Start with an application. Tell us about your experience and what you want from the Republic. We review your introduction and may ask further questions. If there is a fit, we send an invitation with the details of joining.

02What does membership cost?

Membership details are shared with applicants. No price is published on this site. Applying is not a commitment to join or invest.

03Does applying commit me to anything?

No. An application introduces you to the community. It is not an agreement to become a member, buy shares or fund a business.

04Do I need to be an experienced investor?

The community is for angel investors, business buyers, operators with capital and people finding their way into private company investing. A willingness to ask questions and do the work matters.

05Is this investment advice?

No. The publication and community discussions are for information and education. Each member makes their own decisions and should take independent professional advice where needed. Private company investing can result in total loss.
